t isn’t an easy job to have more than 20 million of rev-
enue in the first year of operation, however, P&F
Brother Ind. Corp. had accomplished it more than 40
years ago and the revenue has since been growing. Lo-
cated in Taichung Industrial Park, the sales manager
Timothy Hsieh said, “We started from power tools at first,
and in 2006, we began to join the fitness industry, and
now it’s become very stable. There are 195 staff in the
power tools dept., and 70 in the fitness dept. at the mo-
ment.”
Its brand “Circle Fitness” stands the meaning of
family, harmony and reunion, the products are divided
into four categories as treadmills, elliptical trainers, exer-
cise bikes and recumbent exercise bikes and two types
as commercial use or light commercial use. The product
manager Albert Lin “We put ourselves in the users’ shoes
when designing the products and we aim Circle Fitness
to be a dynamic fitness brand. For example, when devel-
oping our product, Elliptical E8, we took elder users into
consideration, to get on/ off the trainer without a sweat
and made the trainer easily operated, so there’s less
chance of causing muscle soreness when using it.” Also
in making the E8 closely resembling a hiking movement
we went out of our ways and develop many prototypes
until we make sure the motion was unique and comfort-
able. We added our own patented resistance level Shift
Lever on the handlebar so the users are not just easily
immersed in their workouts they can also have fun in the
process!"
The best-seller of Circle Fitness is Treadmill M7, it’s
in-between heavy and light commercial use. Now it has
high durability after ten years of increment. The safety is
higher with lowered surface and wider side frame. The
quick shift for speeds, aluminum side rails, good cush-
ioning and intuitive user console make it more convenient
for users.
P&F Brother Ind. Corp. target to open its brand mar-
ket with best quality and mid end price. They put “never
broken” as the concept of their products, so the users
may use it to the upmost within the warranty period. The
brand has gained recognition by participating in expos,
sales marketing, fitness events, training sessions etc. Cir-
cle Fitness products have been sold to 46 countries
around the world, and it’s successfully entered the mar-
kets in the United States, Europe, Central/ South Ameri-
ca, Asia, Middle East and so on.
