Participation Procedures
●Fill in an application form and mail or fax it to the organizer
●The participant should remit 50% of the total cost as down payment to the organizer upon receipt of the participation alertation within 4 days. The balance of the payment should be made before the date of December 31, 2016.
●The exhibitor’s manual will be forwarded by the organizer upon receipt of application form and full rental payment. The organizer reserves the right to cancel the booth rent by the exhibitor who fails to make payment in due time.
