Compressed Spring is pisitioned  between SEConDARY FIXED SHEAVE COMP. + SEConDARY SLIDING SHEAVE and PRIMARY SLIDING SHEAVE COMP, the compression force to suppress the disc open, the stronger the force (the harder spring) will delay the disc opening, resulting in low-speed acceleration effect will be better.
