Center Lock wrench
The rotor can be easily locked using this particular wrench.  First, to use the front of the 
handle and insert to both the center of the stabilizing washer and the center of the drum(花鼓), 
make sure the wrench is in the ridge of the washer, turn to the right, and the rotor can be
secured on the drum.
