Forging Taiwan's Value: Auto State Steers Two-Wheeler Parts to the Global Stage with Precision Manufacturing and Sustainable Innovation A uto State was founded in July 1994 and is headquartered in Taiwan, specializing in the production of motorcycle kick starters, gear levers, brake levers, and a wide range of two-wheeler compo- nents. In recent years, Auto State and its affiliated compa- ny have actively upgraded from traditional machining methods to advanced automated CNC production, enabling higher precision and more diverse surface-finish- ing capabilities. Amid the wave of Industry 4.0, Auto State introduced fully automated robotic arms in 2021, gradually integrating smart and intelligent technologies into its production lines to significantly enhance process efficiency and product quality. In January 2022, the company officially relocated to the Taiping Industrial Park. The new facility covers approxi- mately 3,000 square meters, with a total investment of USD$11,040,000, marking an important milestone toward greater professionalism and modernization. The new facility’s meticulous and structurally refined architectural design embodies Auto State’s brand philoso- phy. Since 2022, it has received multiple international architecture and design awards, highlighting the compa- ny’s commitment to aesthetics, craftsmanship, and a unified corporate image. To further strengthen its technical capabilities and precision machining capacity, Auto State introduced a YAMAZAKI MAZAK high-precision five-axis machining center in 2024 for advanced processing of two-wheeler parts and tooling components. The following year, the company implemented the MAZAK MPP five-axis automat- ed pallet-changer system to enhance production capacity, precision, and overall process stability, further boosting its competitiveness. In terms of sustainability, Auto State officially launched its energy-saving, carbon-reduction, and net-zero transition initiatives in May 2023, establishing a solid foundation for long-term corporate sustainability. After two years of company-wide commitment and continuous improvement, Auto State was awarded the Ministry of Economic Affairs’ “Energy Conservation Benchmark Award – Small and Medium-sized Enterprises (SME) Gold Award” in Septem- ber 2025, demonstrating outstanding achievement in carbon reduction and sustainable governance.
