J-AGRI: A Forward-Looking Showcase for Smarter Farming Entering its 15th edition, J-AGRI continued to solidify its role as Japan’s go-to platform for next-generation agricultural technologies. The show featured five specialised zones that captured the full spectrum of modern farming. The SUPPLY zone presented advanced materials and systems for greenhouse and open-field cultivation, while TECH highlighted smart-farming innovations such as robots, plant-factory systems, IoT tools, and drones. PROCESS showcased food-processing equipment and logistics solutions, and LIVESTOCK offered modern livestock supplies and digital farm-management technologies. Rounding it out, GREEN emphasised sustainability with carbon dioxide reduction technologies, organic cultivation solutions, and environmentally aligned innovations. One of the highlights of 2025 was the growing focus on smart and automated farming , demonstrated through new dedicated areas such as the Automation Technology Zone and the Agricultural Drones & Robots Zone . Visitors saw firsthand how advanced machinery, precision tools, and next-era farming systems help growers address climate challenges, enhance efficiency, and pursue sustainable production.
