The export de- creased in volume by 18.5% compared to last year. The total exports remain 110 million US dollars, but decreased 6.6% compared to last year. Top 3 exporting countries are Italy, Japan, and Spain. The total revenue of Italy grows over 40%. They exported over 20 million US dollars, and accounted for nearly 43% of the total. The export amount of Spain has significantly increased over 10 million US dollars. Japan now has a sharp decline in volume and exports, and falls to become the second largest exporter. According to the statistics of Ministry of Economic Affairs, the fuel motorcycles which are manufactured in Taiwan are still mainly sold in domestic market. The ratio of domestic sales increased from 70.3% to 86.2% this year, but the proportion of exports is dropping year by year due to the shift of production line.
